The Oʻahu Choral Society (OCS) is the administrative body that sponsors the activities of the Honolulu Symphony Chorus and the Honolulu Chamber Choir.

The mission of the Oʻahu Choral Society is to present and promote choral music at the highest artistic level for the cultural enrichment, education, and aesthetic enjoyment of its members, the people of Hawaiʻi and the global community.

OCS was formed in 1995 as an administrative body for the Honolulu Symphony Chorus. For many years, OCS functioned under the umbrella of the Honolulu Symphony. OCS also gave independent concerts at Kawaiahaʻo Church and other venues. The Honolulu Chamber Choir was created in 2008. Since 2009, OCS has continued to perform major choral works with full orchestra, where possible, as well as smaller works with chamber ensembles, organ, and piano. Local artists are featured as soloists, and OCS joins with other arts organizations in the community to deliver choral music suitable for the entire family.

OCS has commissioned new works by local composers, performed with the Honolulu Symphony Musicians and the Hawaiʻi Youth Symphony, hosted the visiting Junge Kammerphilharmonie Freiburg (from Freiburg, Germany), and collaborated with singers, musicians, and dancers on Oʻahu and Maui.
